Decker is hiring a Logistics Commercial Development Director for its West Des Moines office to lead logistics-brokerage business development, strategic planning, market research, lead generation, client engagement, proposal development, contract negotiations, and market expansion. The role requires brokerage office leadership, proven strategic logistics and brokerage experience, strong sales and closing performance, trucking industry knowledge, Microsoft Office and internet expertise, and 3–5 years of related experience. A high school diploma or GED is required, while a four-year business degree and McLeod systems experience are preferred. The position includes travel to Decker’s Fort Dodge headquarters and customer sites as needed, weekly salary, quarterly performance bonuses, and optional insurance and retirement benefits.
