Description
The Logistics Coordinator will oversee order fulfillment, inventory balancing, and execution of logistics for entry-level markets, including approximately 550 truckloads per week. The role manages customer collections and deliveries, transportation routes, freight tracking, transporter relationships, logistics incidents, and relocations, while monitoring delivery performance and customer satisfaction. It requires knowledge of Excel, Windows, and MapPoint, a bachelor’s degree in a related field or 1–2+ years of relevant experience, and at least one year of experience in logistics, customer service, operations, or transportation.
