Charger Logistics Inc. is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to work on-site within a client’s automotive manufacturing plant, coordinating daily transportation and logistics activities between plant personnel, drivers, warehouse staff, dispatch teams, and internal operations. The role includes monitoring shipments, resolving real-time transportation issues, updating shipment statuses, managing exceptions, preparing documentation and load plans, maintaining logistics and carrier-performance records, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and identifying process improvements. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or a related field, three years of logistics, transportation, or supply chain experience, intermediate to advanced Excel skills, strong communication and organizational abilities, and conversational English; automotive experience and TMS familiarity are advantageous.
