EquipmentShare is hiring a Dispatcher for its Columbus, Mississippi rental facility. The role coordinates customer dispatch requests, schedules drivers for equipment pickups and deliveries, monitors driver hours and availability, and maintains customer service. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime pay after 40 hours. Required qualifications include strong communication, organizational and multitasking skills, technical aptitude, knowledge of construction equipment and the rental industry, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or trade school certificate; 1–2 years of general dispatch experience in construction or manufacturing is highly desired.
