Description
The Import/Export Operations Specialist coordinates inbound and outbound air, ocean, and ground shipments; prepares commercial documents; manages Mexican customs compliance, tariff classification, and regulatory requirements; works with brokers and forwarders; monitors shipment risks; and supports logistics KPIs, ERP data, audits, landed-cost reviews, and supply continuity. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least two years of import/export experience in manufacturing, knowledge of Mexican customs and HS codes, strong Spanish and English, and proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
