JD Sports is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to manage and organize logistics activities within the order picking preparation and shipping department. The successful candidate will supervise a team of 20 to 50 employees, ensuring they meet quantitative and qualitative targets while adhering to safety regulations. This role involves managing daily objectives, updating dashboards, tracking productivity, monitoring new hires, and providing comprehensive training. Additionally, the individual will oversee both picking and packing processes, collaborating with various warehouse departments and actively participating in daily team tasks.
