Lapmaster Wolters is hiring a Logistics and Trade Compliance Manager to oversee the product life cycle, including supply chain, warehousing, transportation, inventory, customs clearance, export controls, VAT and duty management, and trade-agreement administration. The role manages shipments, carriers, suppliers, customers, regulatory compliance, audits, and fulfillment issues while optimizing delivery efficiency and supply-chain costs. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, or logistics, 3–5+ years of trade-compliance or customs-brokerage experience, enterprise-system proficiency, and U.S. work authorization without employer sponsorship.
