Group Medical is hiring a full-time Logistics Coordinator to coordinate outbound shipments, monitor dispatch queues and delivery exceptions, manage priority and VIP shipments, maintain shipment records, prepare logistics performance reports, analyze routing and transportation costs, and support continuous improvement. The role serves as the central link between Operations, Warehouse, Logistics teams, and external carriers, with an opportunity to develop into an operational leadership position. Candidates should have 2–4 years of logistics, transportation, supply chain, warehouse, or related operational experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
