Description
The Logistics Coordinator supports a centralized service parts planning organization by managing cycle counts, inventory corrections, bin-to-bin and branch-to-branch transactions, service parts order entry, field sourcing for emergency orders, in-transit monitoring, TARQ message exceptions, and inventory accuracy. The role also coordinates with technicians and customer service managers, coaches on best practices, and improves the cost and accuracy of the client's service supply chain. It requires a minimum four-year college degree or equivalent work experience, strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of service inventory optimization and internal processes, and the ability to work under pressure.
