Description
Suddath is hiring an onsite Logistics Customer Service Representative in Copell, Texas, to provide proactive customer service for assigned accounts, coordinate inbound and outbound LTL and TL shipments, manage invoices and billing documents, resolve order and customer issues, maintain warehouse and inventory records, and coordinate with vendors, sales, billing, warehouse, and shipping teams. The role requires at least a high school diploma or equivalent, two or more years of similar industry experience or two years of accredited logistics and transportation coursework, knowledge of inventory and warehouse systems, spreadsheet and data-analysis skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The position is onsite five days per week and is not eligible for relocation support.
