Vortex Freight Systems is hiring a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Coordinator in Mississauga to oversee end-to-end shipment coordination across North America. The role manages load tendering, dispatch, delivery, carrier selection, commercial documentation, shipment discrepancies, overage/shortage/damage issues, and communication with clients, shippers, terminals, and operations teams. It also involves mentoring junior coordinators and performing administrative reporting. The position requires 2–4 years of transportation or logistics coordination experience, cross-border brokerage expertise, and flexibility to work on Canadian statutory holidays; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus. Compensation is $45,000–$55,000, with health and dental coverage, paid vacation, statutory holidays, and an annual bonus plan.
