Baxter is hiring a Logistics Coordinator for its Planning & Fulfillment team to manage the end-to-end domestic freight movement, allocation, installation, and retrieval of critical healthcare equipment across Australia. The role coordinates carriers, warehouses, service teams, freight providers, and customers; supports major installation projects; monitors logistics performance; and drives process improvements. Candidates need Australian domestic freight experience, multi-carrier coordination, ERP and Microsoft Office experience, strong organisational and analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder communication.
