Description
The Dock Supervisor reports to the shift manager and serves as the daily point of contact for driving team performance. The role organizes goods receiving and sorting, manages and trains dock agents, ensures safe and efficient loading and unloading, monitors productivity, and coordinates with customer service and transportation subcontractors. It is a permanent 35-hour-per-week position working from 1:00 p.m. to 8:20 p.m., Monday through Saturday, with gross annual pay of €24,500 to €25,500 depending on profile.
