Mondial Relay by InPost is hiring a permanent Dock Manager to report to the shift supervisor and manage the day-to-day performance of dock agents. The role oversees receiving and sorting operations, loading and unloading flows, team training and leadership, productivity and workforce management, and coordination with customer service and transportation subcontractors. It is a 35-hour-per-week permanent contract with working hours from 00:00 to 07:20, Sunday off, and gross annual compensation of €24,500 to €25,500 depending on the profile.
