Description
The Dock/Quay Supervisor supports the Dock/Quay Supervisor in driving team performance and managing receiving, sorting, loading, and unloading operations. The role leads and trains dock agents, monitors productivity, coordinates with customer service and transport subcontractors, and maintains quality and safety standards. It is a full-time CDI position with 35 hours per week, afternoon shifts from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday with one day off, and an annual gross pay of €24,500 to €25,500 depending on the profile.
