Description
The Dock/Loading Manager reports to the Dock/Loading Manager and serves as the daily point of contact for driving team performance. The role organizes receiving and sorting operations, manages, trains, and leads dock agents, monitors productivity, and coordinates with customer service and transport subcontractors. It is a permanent 35-hour-per-week position working from 1:00 a.m. to 8:20 a.m., Monday through Saturday, with a gross annual salary of €24,500 to €25,500 depending on the profile.
