The role oversees critical shipments, aircraft-on-ground shipments, temperature-controlled shipments, bookings, shipment tracking, and proactive communication with districts and service providers to deliver transportation visibility and exceptional customer service. The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, customer service and logistics experience, supply chain or logistics qualifications, and proficiency with Microsoft products or data tools.
