Description
Integr8staff is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Logistics Customer Service Representative in Compton, California. This fully on-site, temp-to-hire role pays $22–$23 per hour and supports logistics customers by processing orders in an EDI-enabled 3PL Central WMS, coordinating carrier appointments and shipping documentation, handling returns and shipment inquiries, monitoring deliveries, preparing reports, and communicating issues and solutions to customers and warehouse teams. A high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of logistics, trucking, or 3PL customer service experience, bilingual English/Spanish proficiency, strong communication and organization skills, and basic computer proficiency are required.
