Integr8staff is hiring a bilingual English/Spanish Logistics Customer Service Representative in Compton, California. This fully on-site, temp-to-hire role pays $22–$23 per hour and supports logistics customers by processing outbound orders in 3PL Central, coordinating carrier appointments and shipping documents, creating bills of lading, handling shipment and return inquiries, tracking delivery follow-ups, updating customers and warehouse staff, and preparing reports. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of logistics, trucking, or 3PL customer service experience, bilingual English/Spanish communication, computer proficiency, organization, multitasking, problem-solving, and time-management skills. The position is local-only and does not offer relocation or visa sponsorship.
