Trax Inc. is hiring a full-time Logistics Data Analyst to execute its audit process, identify and resolve audit exceptions for client accounts across Asia, Europe, and the Americas, and collaborate with carriers and customers. The role includes prioritizing work, meeting customer metrics and service-level agreements, maintaining standard operating procedures, improving processes, leading or participating in reconciliation meetings and audit reviews, and supporting continuous improvement. Candidates should be fluent in Mandarin and English, hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent four-year course in a relevant field, have at least two years of customer relationship experience, possess intermediate Excel knowledge, and be willing to work the swing shift from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Philippine time.
