ChopChop is hiring a Logistics Developer to analyze, develop, and optimize warehouse and logistics processes for its production and supply chain operations. The role focuses on process improvement rather than day-to-day operations, covering warehouse layouts, picking, inbound and outbound procedures, FIFO, inventory control, KPIs, bottlenecks, warehouse systems, and collaboration with production and other business functions. Candidates should have post-secondary education in logistics, industrial engineering, management, production, or an equivalent field, several years of warehousing, logistics, or supply chain experience, documented process-development and continuous-improvement experience, Lean or Six Sigma exposure, WMS or ERP experience, analytical skills, and fluency in Swedish and English.
