Description
The Dispatcher - Regional coordinates freight across local, regional, OTR, and linehaul routes by scheduling, assigning, tracking, and communicating shipment and driver information. The role supports company-employed and independent contractor drivers, monitors service performance and compliance, escalates disruptions, provides customer updates, and assists with driver onboarding. It is a 100% on-site position with a Sunday through every-other-Wednesday schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:15 PM, with a $22.07 hourly base and $27.03 blended take-home rate including regular and guaranteed overtime.
