Konvert Boom is hiring a Logistics Employee in Bornem to support first- and last-mile operations and the management team. The role follows up on outstanding, damaged, and unidentified shipments; checks PDA use; monitors return trips and deliveries; coordinates with carriers and relay points; detects discrepancies; ensures accurate reporting; and helps sort parcels. The position requires logistics and operational-process experience, analytical and solution-oriented work, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, fluent Dutch and French, and availability for the afternoon shift Tuesday through Saturday.
