Description
The Logistics Engineer develops logistics and transportation plans for assigned and prospective customers, designs inbound logistics and optimal routes, implements supply-chain savings and network-optimization initiatives, analyzes shipment volumes and weights, tracks performance metrics, and presents program updates. The role requires analytical and communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, transportation-management-system and automotive-optimization experience, and a bachelor’s degree in logistics, transportation, or a related business field. It is a hybrid position with four office days and one remote day per week, and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, and life-insurance benefits.
