CRUX is hiring a full-time Logistics Executive for a US-based logistics client in West Tambaram, Chennai. The role manages customer inquiries, documents requirements, coordinates with international operations and shipping teams, supports logistics and supply chain activities, and maintains SOP and transaction documentation. Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, shipping, freight forwarding, or related operations, along with communication, documentation, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills; TMS, WMS, CRM, customs, and cross-border trade knowledge are preferred. The position is work-from-office.
