ROSSMANN is hiring a Logistics Expert (Trainee Management) to begin a specialist, project-based career in logistics at its headquarters in Burgwedel near Hanover. The role involves learning operational and strategic logistics processes, participating in projects to improve logistics, monitoring insights, challenging processes, and developing improvements. The trainee will gradually take on initial management tasks and may later assume a management position at one of the company’s nationwide logistics locations. The position requires a relevant degree, initial practical experience, leadership potential, analytical and communication skills, willingness for nationwide business travel, and a Class B driver’s license.
