Smart Sand is hiring a Rail Car Loader to load finished sand into railcars at its Oakdale, Wisconsin facility. The role operates computer-controlled loading equipment, inspects and secures railcars, maintains loading records, performs minor railcar repairs, and follows MSHA safety standards. It is primarily based at Oakdale, follows a 2-2-3 schedule on the night shift from 6 P.M. to 6 A.M., and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with rail, transload, refinery, or MSHA experience preferred.
