Description
DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Logistics Innovation Manager to evaluate, prioritize, and support the implementation of warehouse automation and other emerging logistics technologies for a First Solar customer account. The role partners with operations, industrial engineering, solution design, IT, and technology vendors; develops business cases, ROI models, capacity and labor analyses, innovation roadmaps, and implementation plans; and coordinates demonstrations, pilots, testing, and post-deployment performance. The position is customer-dedicated and multi-site across First Solar locations in Ohio, Alabama, Louisiana, and South Carolina, with travel to customer, vendor, and project sites. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or an equivalent field, at least five years of relevant experience, project management experience, and strong industrial engineering, automation, and financial-analysis skills.
