Description
Carvana is hiring a Logistics Lead to oversee inventory, warehouse, logistics, transportation, and vehicle-handling operations at its Logistics Hubs and Inspection Centers. The role leads and develops team members, supports scheduling and training, monitors KPIs, processes inventory with RFID scanners and tablets, manages third-party transactions and delayed shipments, coordinates with business partners, and handles EV inventory and charging. The schedule is 12:00 AM–8:30 AM on either Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday, with $24.00 per hour. The position requires a valid driver’s license, insurable driving record, loader certification, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and completion of Carvana’s loader training and certification program; it is a safety-sensitive role and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
