The role involves designing efficient delivery processes, implementing SOPs, and continuously improving operations to meet fast-paced commerce demands. The ideal candidate will analyze product-based delivery requirements, define differentiated logistics approaches, build standardized procedures, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with various functional teams.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 4 years of proven experience working within a fast paced environment, ideally within product/e-commerce operations, logistics or a similar systems focused role.
5+ years in operations, supply chain, or quick commerce
Preferred Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel for complex data manipulation and ad hoc analyses.
Comfortable with data visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau). Comfortable in learning and mastering new, complex software and internal tools. GIS knowledge is desirable.
Proficient communication skills in Greek and English (verbal and written), with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong process design and analytical skills
Experience in multi-category or complex fulfillment environments
Structured thinker with execution discipline
Strong cross-functional influence (without direct authority)
