Description
The position serves as the focal point for planning, management, and coordination of life-cycle logistics support for a major weapon system or subsystem. Responsibilities include integrating supply, maintenance, procurement, and quality assurance; managing Integrated Logistics Support plans and acquisition projects; advising on contracts; and representing the program at command conferences. Applicants must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower broadband NH-3 or equivalent GS-11 level, knowledge of systems design, acquisition, maintenance, ILS, and contractual processes, and the ability to plan, analyze, coordinate, and communicate effectively. U.S. citizenship, Selective Service registration for males, possible travel, drug testing, and an appropriate security clearance are required.
