The role leads logistics operators, coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, manages material storage and documentation, and operates material-handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of manufacturing logistics or shipping experience, two to four years of managerial experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding work during a 12-hour shift.
