Bacardi is hiring a Logistics Manager to lead procurement for ocean and land transportation of bulk and finished goods, including warehousing. The role manages supplier relationships and contracts, sourcing and competitive bidding, service-level agreements, category strategy, supplier performance, budgets, sustainability, compliance, and supply-chain risk mitigation. It requires a master's or equivalent degree in business management, science, engineering, or supply chain, 5–10 years of progressively responsible experience, broad logistics and advanced procurement expertise, and strong change, project-management, financial, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
