Boelter is hiring a Logistics Manager for its Pewaukee Corporate Office. The role owns freight and transportation management, carrier contracts and compliance, import/export operations, logistics strategy, cost-effectiveness reporting, data analysis, process standardization, and supply-chain material-handling cost reduction. The position requires a BA/BS or equivalent education and experience, at least eight years of logistics leadership experience in distribution or light manufacturing, LEAN experience, strong freight and import/export compliance knowledge, and ERP familiarity; SAP is preferred.
