Description
Carvana is hiring a Logistics Operations Manager to oversee transportation operations and multiple teams at an assigned logistics field operation location. The role may supervise warehouse and inventory teams, coordinate route schedules, develop site goals, mentor and manage direct reports, ensure workplace safety, and monitor inventory movement. It requires DOT compliance knowledge, at least two years of people leadership experience, and at least three years of logistics or supply chain experience; transportation or military experience is preferred. The position is full-time, pays medical coverage, and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
