Description
Carvana is hiring two full-time Logistics Operations Managers to oversee transportation operations and multiple teams at assigned logistics field locations. The role includes route scheduling, inventory movement, safety compliance, team leadership, mentoring, performance management, and coordination with site leaders. It requires DOT compliance knowledge, at least two years of people leadership experience, at least three years of logistics or supply chain experience, loader certification, and the ability to work outdoors and in varying physical conditions. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
