Description
Bäckerei Exner is hiring a full-time Logistics Manager in Beelitz near Potsdam to lead and develop its logistics team, manage personnel planning and route planning, ensure reliable deliveries to specialty shops and customers, optimize processes and KPIs, maintain regulatory compliance, manage the logistics budget, and resolve operational disruptions. The role requires logistics or freight-forwarding training, leadership and route-planning experience, digital-system and MS Office proficiency, and a class B driver’s license. It is initially a fixed-term contract convertible to an indefinite contract after two years, with a monthly salary of €4,000 to €5,000 and private supplementary health insurance after one year.
