Kelvion is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Department Manager to direct and coordinate shipping and receiving activities, manage departmental workflows, schedules, budgets, safety, quality, inventory, and employee performance, and supervise 11 to 25 non-exempt employees. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of general management experience in a manufacturing environment, on-site work, and the ability to coordinate with production, inventory, quality assurance, maintenance, and other shop functions.
