Description
The Norwegian Refugee Council is hiring a Senior Logistics Manager to lead procurement, supply-chain, fleet, assets, warehousing, compliance, reporting, and logistics capacity-building across NRC Libya. The role manages logistics teams, market analysis, procurement plans, deliveries, emergency response, donor compliance, and supply-chain systems, with workstations in Tunis, Tunisia or Tripoli, Libya. It requires 3–5 years of senior logistics experience in a humanitarian or recovery context, English fluency, and legal eligibility to work in one of the two countries; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
