Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 3+ years of experience in similar roles
Experience managing contractual relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with agreements.
Experience in preparing and analyzing the availability of logistics resources (vehicles, personnel).
Basic knowledge of loading and unloading goods operations.
Experience managing a geographic area and developing route plans to optimize deliveries.
Knowledge of critical vehicle malfunctions, preferably large trucks.
Familiarity with the different workshop areas and the ability to direct units with malfunctions to the appropriate location.
Basic understanding of planning preventive maintenance for heavy fleet to ensure continuous availability.
Knowledge of how tractor and semi-trailer components work.
Experience implementing and complying with the company’s and customers’ safety policies.
Knowledge and experience training drivers on safety policies and on the principles of operating a heavy fleet.
Knowledge of personal protective equipment elements that meet operational and safety requirements.
Familiarity with emergency response plans related to transportation and road safety.
Experience leading work groups for at least 3 years.
