Description
The Logistics Manager will lead warehouse workers and drivers, oversee external storage and outsourced transportation, coordinate incoming and outgoing goods, loading and unloading, inventory, and traceability, and develop logistics process improvements. The role also involves onboarding and training employees, collaborating with procurement, production, quality, and sales, and reporting to the plant manager. It requires a bachelor's degree in logistics management or equivalent experience, leadership and analytical skills, digital and ERP proficiency, Dutch fluency, and full-time availability.
