Description
The Logistics Manager will lead warehouse and transportation operations together with the Logistics team lead, optimize material flow, control goods receipt, warehousing, picking, packaging, and shipping, manage supplier and freight-forwarder relationships, develop employees, and report logistics and ESG KPIs. The role requires a relevant degree or vocational qualification, several years of logistics or supply-chain leadership experience, strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, intralogistics, inventory management, and material flow, along with German and English language skills and ERP/WMS proficiency. The position is based at the Meckenbeuren site and offers a 37.5-hour full-time schedule with benefits including profit-sharing, a company pension scheme, and employee discounts.
