Picnic is hiring a Logistics Manager in Purmerend to optimize transport and warehouse flows, monitor loading-time, fill-rate, and processing-speed KPIs, coach Team Leads Supply Chain, and manage the sustainable electric fleet. The role requires an MBO-4 diploma or HBO-level working ability, at least one year of relevant logistics, retail, or supply chain experience, numerical aptitude, a category B driver's license, and full-time availability. The salary is €3,800–€4,000 gross per month, with possible growth to €4,500.
