The Logistics Operations Manager reports to the Site Manager and is responsible for implementing and monitoring customer and quality processes, optimizing delivery routes, managing subcontractor compliance, enforcing procedures, and proposing operational improvements. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of transport or logistics experience, strong organizational, problem-solving, leadership, customer-focused, and IT skills, and good English, French, and Dutch language skills.
