Description
The Logistics Supervisor manages team leaders and approximately 15 warehouse employees, plans staff, monitors safety and quality compliance, coaches employees, and collaborates with shift supervisors and managers to improve warehouse operations. The role reports to the Warehouse Manager and requires night-shift work, initial management experience, strong coaching and communication skills, organizational ability, and a hands-on approach.
