Amazon is hiring a full-time, permanent, on-site Logistics Operations Analyst to support First Mile partner operations in Brazil from Canoas, Rio Grande do Sul. The role oversees partner-operated pickup processing stations, manages KPIs and logistics providers, monitors operational performance, identifies root causes, supports system rollouts, and coordinates repairs or replacements. Candidates must be legally authorized to work on-site, have Microsoft Office and Excel experience, and preferably speak, write, and read English fluently with a bachelor’s degree or higher education.
