Description
LFB is recruiting a logistics operations continuous improvement professional for its pharmaceutical site in Les Ulis, Essonne, France. Reporting to the Logistics Operations Support & Continuous Improvement Manager within Supply Chain, the role supports plasma and general stores through CAPA, change control, qualification and validation, deviation investigation, root-cause analysis, Lean and 5S initiatives, KPI development, performance management, and cross-functional improvement projects. The position is a fixed-term contract beginning in October 2026 for 18 months and requires either a Master’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience or Bac+2/3 with 8–10 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
