Description
LFB is seeking a logistics operations continuous improvement professional for its pharmaceutical production site in Les Ulis, Essonne, France. Reporting within Supply Chain to the Logistics Operations Support & Continuous Improvement Manager, the role supports plasma and general warehouse operations, leads CAPA, change control, qualification and validation activities, drives Lean and continuous improvement initiatives, manages performance indicators, and coordinates cross-functional improvement projects while maintaining Good Manufacturing and Distribution Practices. The position requires either a Master’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience or a Bac+2/3 qualification with 8–10 years of pharmaceutical-industry experience. It is offered as an 18-month fixed-term contract starting in October 2026.
