KNAPP is hiring a Logistics Operations Engineer to provide software-focused operational support for automated warehouse environments. The role monitors and troubleshoots KiSoft production systems, responds to software incidents, restores service through operational actions, coordinates with on-site resources and service teams, and maintains documentation and reporting. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus technical knowledge of Linux, Windows 11, Linux Server, Oracle databases, PL/SQL, and Java and/or C++, along with strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
