The role manages outsourced logistics providers and internal ordering, purchasing, and customer account specialists; maintains inventory levels across multiple locations; oversees staffing, recruitment, training, and retention; performs inventory reconciliations, validations, and audits; manages commitment methodologies; prepares operational reports and excess/obsolete analyses; administers policies affecting subordinate employees; and handles claims for lost or damaged materials. The position requires occasional travel, physical work in warehouse environments, and compliance with company standards.
